The Mary N. Smith Cultural Enrichment Center will provide a place that will foster an environment where the physical, cultural, educational, and social needs of the community are met. The Center will incorporate activities which encourage physical fitness, mental stability, and economic security. The Center will achieve these goals by joining together ideas, resources, and energy to nurture, strengthen, and support the family. The Center will stimulate all participants to fulfill their roles as contributing members of a dynamic society.
